We’ve decided what we want to do, and where, so how do we make a booking?
To confirm a booking, all we need is a 30% deposit. Once we have received the deposit we make all of the arrangements for you. We then make all the necessary bookings and secure your dates with the activity or accommodation providers.

Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is fully refundable up to 4 weeks prior to departure in most cases – please ask for more information applicable to your group prior to booking.

Do you require minimum numbers?
Depending on the time of year and nature of your booking – minimum numbers are required in some cases. For more information please ask your consultant with reference to a specific trip/activity.

When do I need to pay the final balance?
The final balance for all group bookings is generally required 4-weeks prior to the date of your trip/activity. This may vary for some of the Global trips – but you will be advised of the requirements for your booking prior to paying your deposit.

What if my group size changes?
We will happily accept a change in numbers for most accommodation/activities up until 2-weeks prior to the trip/activity with no charge. Some suppliers have a more stringent policy however so please check with your consultant at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum age policy?
Anyone making a booking with us must be over the age of 18. We do offer some activities and family packages for people under the age of 18, in which case participants will require supervision by a guardian at all times.

Do I have to book a package or can I just book the activities or accommodation only ?
Yes, it is up to you. Our policy is to give you the best service for the best value for money. Therefore, we would recommend that you book the whole package but you are very welcome to book only activities or hotels.

Can you tell me whether insurance is included in the package?
Unfortunately it is not. Whilst all of our suppliers hold their own liability insurance, it is your obligation to be insured against all risks. Please ask for assistance should you need to source travel insurance.

What payment methods do you accept and how do I pay?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, CHQ, BACS transfer or a valid UK Maestro card with no extra credit card transaction charge. When you are ready to pay – please contact your consultant who will phone you to retrieve details or will provide you with postal/bank account details.

What if there is an emergency during the duration of our package?
Your group leader will be sent the contact details of all your activity locations which you can contact in case of emergency or if any last minute
problems arise.
